My Philosophy

At Molly's Body Atelier,  I am devoted to offering a spiritually holistic approach to movement through a strengthening and energising blend of Barre, Weights & Pilates principles. I am an experienced Pilates & Barre trained teacher, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for individuals to enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Classes

My teaching approach to movement is rooted in a blended methodology that draws from my deep understanding and education of Joseph Pilates’ principles of postural alignment and core “powerhouse” stability. These foundations form the framework from which each class is built.

Barre, functional movement, and a combination of bodyweight and weighted strength work then become the dynamic expression of the practice - adding strength, challenge, and non-stop movement flow! This fluid, integrated approach supports the body in moving with greater ease, resilience, and awareness. This combination has been personally transformational for me, and is truly what I feel elevates our frequency and wellbeing.

All classes are suitable for all levels and warmly welcome those new to exercise and strength-based movement. Each session is designed to energise and inspire, guiding you out of the head and into the body, while building strength, enhancing postural and body awareness, and improving flexibility and muscular length.

Strengthening Full Body Flow

In person & online

A twice-weekly, deeply strengthening, full-body functional class designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect to move freely, sweat, deeply activate muscles, and build balance and stability.

Beginner Mobility & Strength Flow

In person & online

A once-weekly class that is both internally restorative and gently strengthening. This grounding practice supports a return home to the body while building strength, stability, and confidence in movement.

Pre-Natal Strengthening Movement Course

In person & online

A 12-week program (12 classes, one per week) designed to support a deep connection to the intelligent wisdom of your body during pregnancy. The course focuses on working with your body, not against it. We will work to strengthen, mobilise and find ease and acceptance as your body changes.
